Normally it doesn’t snow very much on the city; a snowflake here, a snowflake there. Follow along as one little boy and his dog notice that a snowflake here and a snowflake there have multiplied to quite the flurry. No one is prepared for a proper snowfall – not the man with the hat, not the woman with the umbrella. But the little boy and his dog have faith that the snow falling is going to amount to something spectacular. As it turns out, the boy and his dog seem to be the only two who know how to enjoy this magical event!
Simple poetic text and beautiful watercolour and pen and ink illustrations make this snowy tale from Uri Shulevitz a wintertime favourite.
